Huge Hall Of Fame Baseball Card Collection in Fremont, California For Sale

Attention Baseball Fans Or Serious Buyers:
I am moving out of state on business, and I must sell my hall of fame baseball card collection. This collection was in the rafters of my mother's Fremont home for 20 years. I was going through some old boxes when I rediscovered it. Wow! I am a lifelong baseball man, and I work in Baseball to this day. This is truly an amazing collection. First off, ALL cards are in sheets, and all sheets are in a binder. The majority of the cards are from the late xxxx's and the early to mid xxxx's. There are some rare and hard to find cards dating back to the 50's and 60's. Plus, there are lots of hall of famers' rookie cards. ALL cards are in excellent, mint and gem mint condition. There are approximately 864 cards in this collection. Must see to believe!
SO, what are they worth?? Great question...I had them appraised at Michaan's Auction House out here in Alameda. The appraiser's professional opinion had them appraised somewhere between 10 and 12,000 dollars. However, the appraiser had them fetching somewhere between 8 and 10,000 dollars. Obviously, the market dictates prices. Bottom Line: this collection goes to a serious buyer or a baseball man or woman. Like most of us, I'm flexible on the price. Let's talk!
